At EcoCare, you'll be dealing directly with the landlord, which means you won't be fustrated by the red tape you find with many letting agencies. Instead, you will find we can be responsive and flexible with the many questions or issues that you might have; resolving things efficiently and effectively. No matter how small it might be, we are always here to help. We have a dedicated local team of skilled tradesmen and handymen who are very experienced and knowledgeable with maintenance issues.
We are driven by a desire to provide students with a home that we ourselves would wish to live in - we treat every student and group on a personal and bespoke basis. We have a diverse range of excellent quality houses in desirable student locations, ranging from all-you-need one bed flats to very large & spacious 6-8 bed houses. We have some houses on the same street and next door to each other which means that we can also cater for much larger groups.
We seek to provide our students with an honest & reliable service that we ourselves would want to be treated with. As a private landlord, we're proud of our responsiveness and flexibility to get back to our tenants - there's no red tape or long winded procesess to get maintenance issues resolved. Throughout the tenancy, we have an experienced team on standby who are very well-versed with the whole range of issues that might arise during your stay.
Most of our houses are let for a tenancy period of 52 weeks - starting either in July or September.
We offer very competitive rent including gas, electricity, water and internet bills.
All our houses are fully furnished.
More and more of our houses are furnished with modern IKEA furniture and equipped with Gas Range Cookers, American-style Fridge-Freezers, Dishwashers and more... Many are also equipped with 24/7 HR CCTV for that extra peace of mind.

Bedrooms - a bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, shelves, desk and chair.
Bathrooms - a three-piece shower / bath suite; a sink, toilet and shower / bath.
Kitchens - a hob cooker with an oven and grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, kitchen sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
